Sparkle wrap skirt made with a pleated tulle. With hand embellished glass crystal drops and rhinestone diamantes. Has two tie fastenings, one on the inner and the outer, meaning it can be adjustable to either sit high or low on the waist. Skirt can be styled on its own or as a layering piece over another skirt or dress.
